New to guiding?
No prior experience? No problem. We train our guides from the ground up.
The most important thing is who you are as a person, your curiosity and willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Interest in history, culture, and people
- Confidence speaking in front of groups
- Motivation to learn and develop
- Fluency in Norwegian and/or English
(additional languages are an advantage)

Do you have guiding experience?
We are always interested in working with experienced guides.
If you have guiding experience but are not yet certified, we still encourage you to apply.
Requirements
- Authorization from the Norwegian Guide Association (Norges Guideforbund) or relevant guiding experience
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Good knowledge of Bergen and the surrounding region
- Professional attitude and reliability
- Fluency in Norwegian and/or English
(additional languages are an advantage)
